  1. Affordable Housing Task Force Meeting

    The Town of Carrboro is devoted to providing opportunities for safe, decent and affordable housing for all residents no matter their age, ability or income level. Since mid-2012, the Affordable Housing Task Force has been evaluating existing policies and regulations that have been in place to support and increase affordable housing opportunities in town. Some major projects of the Task Force have been the creation of the Town’s Affordable Housing Goals and Strategies, revamping the Guidelines of the Affordable Housing Fund and currently is analyzing possibilities for a dedicated funding source for affordable housing.
