Public Input Sessions Summer 2018 

Perkins + Will will host 3 public input sessions this summer to better understand the community's hopes for 203 S Greensboro St., the future home of the Town of Carrboro's Recreation and Parks offices, the Orange County Southern Branch Library, the newly relocated ArtsCenter, and much more! All meetings will include information sharing, opportunities to ask questions and small group exercises and discussions.

Wednesday, June 13  

Carrboro Town Hall

Stakeholder Workshop/Input Session:

The focus of this meeting will be to generate ideas for spaces and programs at the 203 S Greensboro St. location. During this 3-hour period Perkins + Will will present the project scope and process, the summary of the parking study and alternative modes of transportation.  We will also be discussing the potential naming of the project.

Monday, July 23 and The Century Center-100 North Greensboro Street 

Saturday August 4th an Town Hall 301 West Main Street. 


In these identical sessions, Perkins + Will will share what was learned at the June 13 meeting and then focus on some of the site challenges and opportunities. Additional topics will include: sustainability / resilience, alternative planning strategies for parking, and connectivity with the rest of town.
