The Town Clerk's office is responsible for recording official Board of Aldermen activities; preparing agendas and minutes of Board of Aldermen meetings; making agendas and minutes available to citizens and Town staff; maintaining Town records; preparing updates to the Town Code; and providing support to the Mayor and Board members.
